Founded in 1992 by Industry Canada as the National Quality Institute (NQI), then rebranded as Excellence Canada in 2011, we are an independent, not-for-profit corporation that is dedicated to advancing organizational performance across Canada. We are proudly Canadian and ‘service driven’.
The Victoria Foundation has a vision to make our community stronger, and our shared quality of life better now, and for the long term. By connecting visionary donors with causes that truly matter, we’re able to make positive changes in Greater Victoria and in communities across B.C. and Canada. And we’ve been doing so since 1936. This vision is embedded in our tag line: Connecting People Who Care With Causes That Matter®
Every workplace, and every team within it, should reflect the diversity of the community it is within. At EQ Labs, we’re using science to change manager behaviours, and to disrupt the patterns of career-limiting prejudice.
Royal Roads University exists to provide high quality, innovative, competitively priced applied post-secondary education to career-focused students in Canada and abroad in a manner which meets their needs, is financially self-sufficient and is socially and environmentally responsible.
AMSSA creates learning resources based on multiple topics to support agencies in the settlement and integration, as well as the diversity and inclusion sectors.
MOSAIC is one of the largest settlement non-profit organizations in Canada. We serve immigrant, refugee, migrant and mainstream communities in Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley as well as throughout the province of BC and overseas via online programs.
VIATEC (Victoria Innovation, Advanced Technology and Entrepreneurship Council), started in 1989. VIATEC’s mission is to cultivate the most cohesive tech community in the world by providing resources to tackle shared opportunities and challenges while boosting a sense of belonging and shaping our region.
Minerva BC is a registered charity established in 1999. Our founders were accomplished leaders who knew firsthand the struggles women faced in business, politics and society. They created Minerva because they did not want future generations of women to face those same struggles.
The University of Victoria is one of Canada’s leading research-intensive universities. We are located in Victoria, on the BC coast.
