Erica Mattson

Erica Mattson brings 20 years of experience helping non-profits and public sector organizations deliver successful programs and create transformative change for citizens, communities, and stakeholders.She has served as a non-profit executive director and in senior communications, marketing, fundraising and cultural sector development roles. She now works as a consultant and contractor, specializing in research, planning, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and fundraising for clients in the social impact and philanthropy sector, including non-profits, arts and cultural heritage organizations, foundations, funding agencies, governments, social enterprises and small businesses. Erica is also a practicing artist with a passion for drawing, printmaking, textiles and words. She is based in Victoria, British Columbia where she is grateful to work and live on the traditional lands of the Lekwungen peoples, today known as the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations.
